Meetings -

We design our programs to be attractive and educational for all levels of quilters from beginner to experienced. Every meeting provides new tips and/or inspiration.

Our meetings begin at 6:45 PM with social time from​ 6:15 - 6:45. Each month members share their latest accomplishments with "Show and Tell".

We have a short "business" meeting before enjoying our speaker. Some months we are also able to offer a separate workshop with that month's speaker.

Supplementing our monthly meetings are day-long workshops. Teachers from across the country share their expertise and talents with us.

May 19, 2023 - Beach Bums with Linda Hahn - SUPPLY LIST and KIT INFO HERE

Linda Hahn will hold a workshop from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm at the Steve Radack Community Center

Beach bums is a a traditional New York Beauty block setting that looks great in any fabric combination! Students will learn Linda's unique technique for creating perfect New York Beauty blocks using just one pin. They may choose whether to add a border or not. The class handout will contain the instructions on how to create a larger wall hanging.

Kit Includes: Full color handout to finish the quilt, foundation paper that stays in the quilt, custom acrylic templates and reusable paper piecing stencil.

Please Note: Kit is not included in class price. Kits must be purchased through instructor on day of class - Cash, Check, Visa or Master Card only. This is an amazing deal! Other Houston area venues that are hosting Linda are charging almost twice the price!  

June 24, 2023 - Workshop with Dena Rosenberg - Grandma's Vase - In this class students will learn how to create their own floral arrangement using fabric and the broderie perse technique.  More information coming soon.
